Overview

The multi-way directional control valve is the core control component of hydraulic systems. Manufactured with an integrated cast body and precision-ground spools, it provides centralized directional control and flow regulation for multiple hydraulic actuators (cylinders & motors) through parallel or series circuits.
The number of sections, control options and port configurations can be customized to match specific machinery requirements, widely used in construction, agricultural, mining and special-purpose equipment.

Technical Features

Flow rate of each working section is adjustable.
Wide fine-adjustment range, independent of the number of simultaneously controlled sections, load pressure and flow rate.
Flow distribution among sections is proportional to the demand of each section, independent of pump saturation and load pressure.
The LS (load-sensing) line is supplied by the hydraulic pump; on receiving a pressure signal, there is no risk of instantaneous load drop.
Each actuator port is equipped with a load-holding valve – no risk of load drop during valve shifting.
Compact stack-type (sectional) construction for excellent adaptability.
Up to 12 working sections.
Flow rate and spool function of each working port can be designed to customer requirements.
Particularly reliable construction:
1. No shuttle valves
2. Minimum number of parts per section
3. No parts between sections other than seals – safe and reliable
Compatible with LS (load-sensing) systems.
* Each working section on a valve can be equipped with a different control type.
* The end section can be fitted with a pressure reducing valve to act as an independent pilot oil supply.
* The inlet section can be fitted with a proportional relief valve for remote proportional pressure control.
* Can be applied to fixed displacement pump systems.
